To access APU parking from the 210 freeway, go north on Citrus Ave., turn left on Foothill Blvd., then make a right into the university’s West Campus parking lot. APU provides free on-campus parking for all 2024 Annual Conference guests.

| 8:00am | Welcome and Fellowship | Start the day with a continental breakfast and connect with other attendees in the designated open spaces. |
| 9:00am | Opening Worship and Devotional |
Join us for a Spirit-filled time of worship and a 15-minute devotional introducing us to the theme of Wholeness. |
| 9:45am | Ministerial Approvals and Business | Witness the approval of incoming Conference Ministerial Candidates and Elders and participate in important conference business. |
| 10:15am | Break | Take a moment to refuel with snacks and beverages, and explore the open spaces for reflection and discussion. |
| 10:30am | Interview with Bishop Kenny |
Superintendent Jon and Superintendent Elect Mike Chong Perkinson conduct an interview with Bishop Kenny, allowing the conference to get to know him better and hear about his background and experiences related to the theme of Wholeness. Join us for our main sessions in the event center. |
| 11:15am | Family Time and Lunch | Each conference will have a dedicated period for conducting targeted business, including internal Q&A and vision casting. Enjoy a staggered lunch schedule and take advantage of the open spaces for personal reflection or informal discussions. |
| 1:00pm | Session 1: Wholeness in Practice |
Explore practical applications of Wholeness, followed by a 15-minute guided activity. Join us for our main sessions in the event center. |
| 1:45pm | Session 2: Embodying Wholeness |
This session focuses on embodying Wholeness in daily life and ministry, followed by a 15-minute guided activity. Join us for our main sessions in the event center. |
| 2:30pm | Pre-Ordination Reception | Join us in the Hall of Champions for hors d’oeuvres as we prepare to celebrate our incoming leaders. |
| 3:00pm | Ordination Service | Celebrate the ordination of incoming Elders and the recognition of the incoming PCJC Superintendent in this special service, complete with closing worship and final blessings. |
| 4:15pm | Fellowship and Dessert | Conclude the day with to-go desserts in the courtyard as you fellowship with other attendees before departing. |

How Many Days is Annual Conference 2024?
Annual Conference 2024 is a one-day event: Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 9am-5pm.
Where Is Annual Conference?
We are back again at the Felix Event Center at Azusa Pacific University. Please note, this is on APU's West Campus, not on Main Campus. There is complimentary parking available for all who attend.
Are Meals Provided?
Yes! Continental breakfast will be available during the check-in hour and lunch will be served during our mid-day break. We will also have snacks and coffee available throughout the day. If you have particular dietary requirements, please notify us during registration.
Can I Participate Online?
Yes, we will provide a live online stream on the day of Annual Conference as well as on-demand access for virtual attendance. If you choose the online option, you do not need to register using the form below.
